End of Month Reminders

JULY CUT-OFF TIMES

As we end this month, we want to provide a quick reference of our cut-off times to help you remember when the July qualification period ends. Requests received after the published cut-off times will not be honored for July, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Thursday, July 24 by 11:59:59 P.M. CT (GMT-5)
Last day to set up a new auto-shipment order that will appear on your July commission reports. This can be done in eSuite by creating a new auto-shipment with a next run date of July 25 for a minimum of 80 Bonus Volume (BV).

Thursday, July 31 by 7:59:59 P.M. CT (GMT-5)
• All faxed orders.
• All Support Tickets that require customer service assistance, including new enrollments with different billing and shipping addresses.
• All phone requests.
• Australia & European Union will have phone support until this time.

Thursday, July31 by 11:59:59 P.M. CT (GMT-5)
• All orders and order transfer requests must be submitted by ticket or completed within eSuite.
• All placement changes must be completed within eSuite.

Saturday, August 2 by 11:59:59 P.M. CT (GMT-5)
If you submit a request on time and it is processed incorrectly, please submit a second ticket in the “Month End” category by August 2, two calendar days after Month End. If the second ticket is not submitted within two days, we will be unable to honor your request.

TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL MONTH END

PROCESS WHAT YOU CAN, AS SOON AS YOU CAN!
During month end, we commonly experience high traffic volume. This creates system timeouts within the last few hours of each month. We strongly urge all Distributors to submit your orders and enrollments as soon as you can to ensure your qualifications show in eSuite. Unfortunately, month end timeouts should be expected and do not warrant any exceptions.

NEW ENROLLMENTS AND PLACEMENT CHANGES
Please allow up to two hours for a new enrollment to appear in eSuite before placing a Support Ticket for assistance. Any placement changes for new enrollments must be completed on July 31 by 11:59:59 P.M. CT through your eSuite. Any placement change request submitted after 11:59:59 P.M. CT for a July enrollment will NOT be honored or completed.

If you are processing a new Distributor or Loyal Customer enrollment after 8:00 P.M. CT (GME-5), we suggest processing the enrollment in your own personal eSuite and specifying placement at the time of enrollment.

AUTO-SHIPMENTS
If you are a Distributor who chooses not to run your own auto-shipment with a minimum of 80 BV, then you must have a total of 400 PBV to qualify for commissions. Remember, it is every Distributor's responsibility to use their eSuite reports to verify that they are commission qualified prior to month end.

BRING ON AUGUST!

Please remember, your volume, rank, and qualification reset on August 1. To show as Commission Qualified for August you must have either processed your minimum 80 BV auto-shipment or have 400 PBV within the calendar month. Having a minimum 80 BV auto-shipment set up does not make you commission qualified. Please read the Comp Plan located in the Document section for more information on this and how your commissions are calculated.

JULY RANK, VOLUME, OR QUALIFICATION QUESTIONS
To review your July volume and ranks, click the drop down arrow on your Performance Overview box and select the month of July. If you have any questions about your July paid rank or qualification, please submit a support ticket AFTER any support tickets regarding your order transfers or placement changes have been completed. This will ensure we're looking at the most accurate data and can give you the best answer.

DID YOU TAKE IT TO A WHOLE 'NOTHA LEVEL?
If you promote in July, congratulations! Please note that your Highest Rank Achieved title, found in your eSuite, will not match your newly promoted title until commissions have officially been paid.

SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND
If you promote to Diamond or higher for the first time in July, you'll see some changes in your reports. Any Distributor you personally enroll after your promotion will show up as Leadership Level Sponsored to you. You no longer have to wait 24 hours for your promotion to be validated. Please make sure that your promotion shows in your eSuite prior to enrolling new Distributors.
