NAME AND TAX ID VERIFICATION:
Existing Distributors
In an effort to ensure that accounts are properly set up with the correct Name and Tax ID combination, It Works! will be verifying your name and Tax ID with the IRS. If any information is incorrect, whether personal or business account, your Distributor account will be placed on commission hold.*
New Distributors
Enrolling a new U.S. Distributor? To avoid any delay in commission payouts for your new Distributor, we want to remind all Distributors to be sure that your new U.S. Distributors are enrolling with their proper name and Tax ID.
If enrolling as an individual: Enter the First and Last Name as filed on your taxes, along with your SSN. (These should match the name and SSN on your Social Security Card.)
If enrolling as a business: Enter your First and Last Name, then enter the business name in the Company Name field. Then, choose EIN as the tax type and enter the EIN registered to your business. (The business name and EIN should be entered exactly as you file on your taxes.)
Please note that It Works! will be verifying this information with the IRS. If any information is incorrect, the Distributor will be placed on commission hold until they have submitted an updated W-9.*
*All affected Distributors will be notified in eSuite and by email and will have 30 days from the date of notification to submit an updated W-9. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their account.

24 HOURS FOR PLACEMENT CHANGES: HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY 24 HOURS STARTS?
Enrollment Notification emails show the exact date and time (CST) of enrollment. The time is also displayed in your eSuite under Personally Enrolled Team Report in the Joined Date column.
Use the Enrollment Time next to the enrollment date (not the email time) for calculating the remaining hours and minutes for placement! The enrollment times will always be Central Standard Time, so make adjustments for your time zone if needed.
