CUSTOMER SERVICE CORNER
As you know, the 28th is the busiest day for auto-shipments to run and in February it’s also the last day of the month! Therefore, we have extended month end deadline to March 1. Any business entered or completed on March 1 will be backdated and will count towards February commissions. Please do not complete any March business until March 2, 2013. All March 1 auto-shipments will run on March 2.
Order Transfer Ticket Requests are due at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (GMT-5) on March 1; the Support Ticket and order must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. EST (GMT-5). All other ticket requests are due at 9 p.m. EST (GMT-5) on March 1.
Requests that require Customer Service assistance must be submitted by the following times on Friday, March 1, to qualify for February commissions:
• Faxed orders must be received by 9 p.m. EST (GMT-5).
• All Support Tickets requiring Customer Service assistance (including new enrollments with different billing and shipping addresses, and placement changes) must be received by 9 p.m. EST (GMT-5).
• Phone requests will be taken until 9 p.m. EST (GMT-5).
• Australia & European Union: You will have email, ticket, and phone support until 9 p.m. EST (GMT-5).

Final commissions for January have been paid. G.O.O.D and High Five Bonuses are applied to the earnings statement separately and will be paid out with the monthly commissions.
Important Reminder: If you do not have a minimum 80 BV auto-shipment set to process this month, the PBV requirement has now changed to 400 PBV to be commission qualified.
