HOW TO REPROCESS YOUR DECLINED ORDER ONLINE

It’s easy to reprocess a declined order right in your eSuite or Customer Portal!

First, locate the order to be reprocessed:

Distributors – Click on the Orders Tab, then chose Order History.
Loyal Customers – Orders appear right on the Dashboard page of the Customer Portal.

Next, reprocess the order:

Click on the order number showing as CC Declined and follow the directions for reprocessing the payment. Voilà! Your order is complete!

Please note that orders can be reprocessed online only in the same month they were created.

NEW VIOLATION REPORT SITE!

To provide faster service, ALL compliance violation reports are now located at compliance.itworks.com. This easy-to-use form allows the attachments of images and links, and is available in English, Spanish, and French. The forms are sent directly to the compliance department for review and processing. When completing the form, please provide proof of the violation (including any screen shots and applicable links for review), the policy that is being violated, and the name and information of the Distributor in violation. Make sure your message includes all the necessary details needed for a proper investigation so we can accurately investigate and resolve the issue. We are unable to complete requests without proper supporting documentation. Documented evidence that supports your claims will be reviewed by our Compliance Team. Please note a response will not be given to the reporting party as we do not discuss the outcome of compliance investigations with them for privacy reasons.

Existing Distributors
In an effort to ensure that accounts are properly set up with the correct Name and Tax ID combination, It Works! will be verifying your name and Tax ID with the IRS. If any information is incorrect, whether personal or business account, your Distributor account will be placed on commission hold.*

New Distributors
Enrolling a new U.S. Distributor? To avoid any delay in commission payouts for your new Distributor, we want to remind all Distributors to be sure that your new U.S. Distributors are enrolling with their proper name and Tax ID.

If enrolling as an individual: Enter the First and Last Name as filed on your taxes, along with your SSN. (These should match the name and SSN on your Social Security Card.)

If enrolling as a business: Enter your First and Last Name, then enter the business name in the Company Name field. Then, choose EIN as the tax type and enter the EIN registered to your business. (The business name and EIN should be entered exactly as you file on your taxes.)

Please note that It Works! will be verifying this information with the IRS. If any information is incorrect, the Distributor will be placed on commission hold until they have submitted an updated W-9.*

*All affected Distributors will be notified in eSuite and by email and will have 30 days from the date of notification to submit an updated W-9. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their account.
