Here are some quick tips and cutoff times to help you finish the month strong as the December commission qualification period ends!
During Month End, we commonly experience high traffic volume. This creates system timeouts within the last few hours of each month. We strongly urge all Distributors to submit orders and enrollments as soon as possible to ensure your qualifications show in eSuite. Month End timeouts should be expected and do not warrant any exceptions.
Please allow up to two hours for a new enrollment to appear in eSuite before submitting an eSuite Support Ticket. Any new enrollments for December must be completed by Saturday, December 31 by 11:59:59 P.M. CT through your eSuite. Support tickets for those requiring enrollment assistance submitted after this time for December enrollment will NOT be honored or completed. Enrollment tickets must include full enrollment information and placement specification in order to be honored.
Placement changes for new enrollments must be completed within 24 hours of enrollment. Support tickets are no longer needed for Month End placement changes. You will have a full 24 hours to complete a placement change through eSuite, including enrollments from the last day of the month. After completing a placement change in eSuite, please allow the system several hours to update before submitting a ticket so that you can verify if the placement was successful. If a support ticket is necessary, it must be submitted within 24 hours of the enrollment in order to be honored.
If you’re a Distributor who doesn’t achieve 150 PBV, then you must run your own autoshipment with a minimum 80 BV by the 25th day of the month to qualify for commissions. Remember, it’s every Distributor's responsibility to use their eSuite reports to verify that they’re Commission Qualified prior to Month End.

The It Works! Corporate Offices will be closed December 26 and January 2. Customer Support will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25 and New Year’s Day, January 1. Please review the Customer Support hours below for all End of Month Cut Off times. If you have a concern when Customer Support is closed, please open a support ticket in your eSuite. Requests received after the published cutoff times will not be honored for December. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Saturday, December 24 by 11:59:59 P.M. CT
Last day to set up a new autoshipment order that will appear on your December commission reports. This can be done in eSuite by creating a new autoshipment with a next run date of December 25 for a minimum of 80 BV.
Saturday, December 31 by 4:59:59 P.M. CT
• All phone requests.
• U.S. & Canada will have phone support until this time.
• Europe will have ticket support only.
• Australia and New Zealand will have ticket support only.
Saturday, December 31 by 11:59:59 P.M. CT
• All faxed orders for U.S.
• All Support Tickets that require Customer Support assistance, including new enrollments with different billing and shipping addresses.
24 Hours to Complete Order Volume Transfers and Placement Changes.
• Order Transfers: You no longer have to submit a support ticket to transfer eligible orders on the last day of the month. Distributors now have a full 24 hours to transfer volume (BV) to a Distributor in their downline using eSuite. This includes orders entered on the last day of the month.
Note: The Monthly Limit for Order Volume Transfers has not changed. Each Distributor has the option to transfer up to 5 orders or 1000 BV, whichever comes first. Remember, volume on a single order cannot be split.
• Placement Changes: You no longer have to submit a support ticket for placement changes on the last day of the month. Distributors can now complete placement changes through eSuite, including enrollments entered on the last day of the month. You now have a full 24 hours from the enrollment completion to place the new account with a Distributor in your downline.
Monday, January 2 by 11:59:59 P.M. CST
If you submit a request on time and it’s processed incorrectly, please submit a second ticket in your eSuite under the "Month End" category by January 2, two calendar days after Month End. If the second ticket is not submitted within two days, we’ll be unable to honor your request.

Please remember, your volume, rank, and qualification reset on January 1. To show as Commission Qualified for January, you must either have 150 PBV within the calendar month, or have processed your minimum 80 BV autoshipment. Having a minimum 80 BV autoshipment set up does not make you Commission Qualified. Please read the Compensation Plan located in the Document section of your eSuite for more information on this and how your commissions are calculated.
To review your December volume and ranks, click the drop down arrow on the Performance Overview box in your eSuite and select the month of December. If you have any questions about your December paid rank or qualification, please submit a support ticket in your eSuite AFTER any support tickets regarding your order transfers or placement changes have been completed. This will ensure we're looking at the most accurate data and will give you the best answer.
If you promote in December, congratulations! Please note that your Highest Rank Achieved title, found in your eSuite, will not match your newly promoted title until commissions have officially been paid.
If you promote to Diamond or higher for the first time in December, congratulations! You'll see some changes in your reports. Any Distributor you personally enroll after your promotion will show up as Leadership Level Sponsored to you. You no longer have to wait 24 hours for your promotion to be validated. Please make sure your promotion shows in your eSuite prior to enrolling new Distributors.
